Thai massage is a therapeutic and holistic approach to healing that combines massage, acupressure, and stretching techniques to release tension, ease pain and promote relaxation.
As an experienced therapist; I will use my hands, forearms and elbows to apply pressure to specific points on your body, while also using stretching and bending techniques to release tight muscles and improve flexibility.
