Disclaimer of Liability

The website owner is not responsible for any harm or injury resulting from the use of this website or massage treatments provided.

​Appointment Policy

​

​We greatly appreciate our customers making appointments with us and take pride in making ourselves available to provide quality authentic Thai massage treatments at an allotted time.

​

We accept appointments in good faith and expect the same good faith from our customers.

​

​When an appointment is made with us, we take responsibility in faithfully recording the allotted time at the exclusion of other appointments.

​

By making an appointment, the customer takes responsibility to communicate any changes in a timely manner and arrive on time.

​

​The minimum time allotted to an appointment to provide effective treatment is 1-hour.

​

​Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

​

​No shows, late cancellations & late arrivals are an opportunity cost to us that denies other customers timely treatments.

​

For cancellations. we require the courtesy of at least 3-hours’ notice before the commencement of the appointment. Any late-notice cancellations or no-shows are liable for the full cost of the appointment.

​

If the client is late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment at our discretion to best serve our obligations to other customers.

 

​Code of Conduct​

​

We undertake to treat our customers with respect and dignity according to polite social norms and expect the same courtesy from our customers.

​

​We reserve the right to halt/stop the treatment due to inappropriate sexual behaviour by the customer.

​

​Inappropriate sexual behaviour is deemed to be any action that makes our therapist uncomfortable and/or intimidated. Such behaviour may include inappropriate touching, suggestive comments or requests for sexual activity, exposing oneself etc.

​

For customers that disrespect our our staff; we reserve the right to make a Police complaint and/or share the customer's information and imagery from our public area CCTV to anyone we deem appropriate.

​

Refusal of service

​

Our therapists have the right to refuse service to anyone without explaining why.

Refusal of service may be to anyone deemed not respecting our therapists’ comfort and safety; this may include:

​

  • Foul body odour or poor personal hygiene.

  • Behaviour likened to under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

  • Inappropriate comments or requests.

  • Displays of unusual/threatening/intimidatory behaviour.

  • Previous instances of late arrivals or no-shows for appointments.

  • Face concealing when entering our premises by wearing hoodies, sunglasses, masks etc.

​Disclaimer for Health Conditions

​

​By making an appointment, the customer gives consent to receive massage treatments and acknowledges and agrees that they do so at their own risk.​

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware that massage treatments may not be suitable for them.​

​

It is the customer’s responsibility to consult a physician if they have any health concerns before engaging in our treatments.

​

​It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions relevant to receiving a massage treatment and to immediately advise if they are suffering from unwanted discomfort and/or pain before or during a massage treatment.

​

​We reserve the right to deny or stop treatment if we deem a customer has a medical condition unsuitable for our treatments.​

​

Privacy Policy​

​

The collection of nominal customer data such as name/Facebook/messenger/phone details are held and used to identify customers for the convenience & safety of our therapists. This data is also used to record appointments.

​

We operate a Closed Camera Television System in outside public areas of the property to protect the health, safety and peaceful enjoyment of our therapists and customers.

​

Images captured are securely stored on a local DVR for up to 7-days and then deleted.

​

All digital data held is password protected and is not shared outside the business owner.​

​

The diagnostic findings acquired verbally between customer & therapist during consultation and/or treatment are deemed to be private and will not be divulged.​
