At TEAL Authentic Thai Massage, I'm always looking for ways to make communication easier, clearer, and more helpful for my clients.


Recently, I added a new AI chat assistant to my website. You’ll see a link to AI Chat’ at the bottom of my webpages. This is currently a trial, and I am excited to see how it helps visitors find information more quickly and easily.


Because this is artificial intelligence technology, it is important to remember that it can sometimes make mistakes or misunderstand information. While the chatbot has been trained using information from my website, it may not always give a perfect answer. If anything is unclear, I always encourage clients to contact my manager directly & he will be happy to assist.


For me, communication is very important.


English is my second language, and sometimes it can be difficult to explain everything perfectly in real time; especially when I am busy with massage appointments during the day.


I care deeply about making sure clients understand my therapies, pricing, booking process, and what to expect during a session. I hope my new chatbot will help to bridge that communication gap by giving instant answers at any time of day or night.


The AI assistant can help answer common questions such as:


  • What massage therapies are available

  • Session pricing and duration

  • Opening hours

  • Parking information

  • What to wear to an appointment

  • How to book online

  • General information about Thai massage


It works by scanning and learning from the information already published on my website. When somebody asks a question, the chatbot quickly searches that information and generates a response designed to be helpful and conversational.


I already try to make communication easy through other tools on my website as well.


One feature many clients already use is the Q&A section on my website, where I answer common questions about Thai massage, health benefits, bookings, and first-time visits. This helps clients feel more comfortable before arriving.

I use the posts on this blog to dive deeper into the many aspects of Thai massage and my business. Hopefully this helps unravel the mysteries of Thai massage.


My online booking system through also plays a big role in improving communication and convenience. Clients can instantly see available appointment times, confirm bookings online, amend bookings and receive automatic reminders. I especially like the one-hour reminder system because it helps clients remember their appointment and keeps the day running smoothly for everyone.


Technology cannot replace genuine human care, kindness, or experience. Thai massage is still a very personal service built on trust, comfort, and connection. But good technology can make communication easier and help clients feel informed and confident before they walk through the door.


The new AI chat assistant is simply another step toward making the experience at TEAL Authentic Thai Massage more welcoming, modern, and accessible. And it's FUN.


As this is still a trial, I will continue improving it over time. Hopefully it becomes another useful way for clients to connect with me.
